Enclosure Services

You can imagine the importance of enclosure services to comparing your building to a ship. If you have a hole in the hull (the enclosure), not much else matters. That’s overly dramatic for buildings, but you get the point. My heat resistant coatings provide a continuous heat, moisture, air and weather barrier for your building that goes far beyond reflectance.

Done well, increasing the efficiency of the enclosure will reduce HVAC run time and maintenance. It may also reduce the size needed if replacement is warranted. It will also reduce heat fluxtuations which increase comfort and personnel performance.

In any type of retrofit application, getting the enclosure right first can lead to additional cost savings later.

I offer a number of enclosure evaluation services that can get you a pretty good idea of how your building’s enclosure is performing. I also work with partners that can perform full retro commissioning evaluations and reports for either the whole building or just the enclosure.
